There are no specific contraindications for Folic Acid. However, we recommend that you do not exceed the recommended daily dose and seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
It is recommended that you take a course if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as folic acid helps your baby develop.
