RULES OF THE LASHILÉ BEAUTY COMPETITION 

Article 1 - Organization of the Competition 

Organizing company: Lashilé Beauty, whose head office is located at 148 TRAVERSE DE LA MARTINE – BAT B2 - 13011 MARSEILLE, is organizing a free competition with no obligation to purchase, in partnership with Joliderm, Make My Mask, Biosalines and Adopt', accessible on the website [Website URL] from July 29, 2024 to August 4, 2024 inclusive. 

Article 2 - Conditions of Participation 

Participation in this competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France (including Corsica) 

Article 3 - Terms of Participation 

To participate, each participant must: 

- Go to the page dedicated to the competition on the Lashilé Beauty website. 

- Complete the participation form by entering a valid email address. 

- Agree to receive newsletters from the five partner brands: Lashilé Beauty, Joliderm, Make My Mask, Biosalines and Adopt'. 

Any incomplete or incorrect registration will not be taken into account. Only one participation per person (same name, same email address) is allowed. 

Article 4 - Designation of the Winner 

A random draw will be made on August 9, 2024, from all valid entries registered during the competition period. The winner will be contacted by email within ten days of the draw. 

Article 5 - Allocation 

The winner will receive: 

- A €150 voucher to be used exclusively on the Lashilé Beauty website: www.lashilebeauty.com/  

- A €150 voucher to be used exclusively on the Joliderm website: https://joliderm.paris/  

- A €150 voucher to be used exclusively on the Make My Mask website: https://makemymask.co/  

- A €150 voucher to be used exclusively on the Biosalines website: https://biosalines.com/  

- A €150 voucher to be used exclusively on the Adopt' website: https://www.adopt.com/fr  

 Vouchers are valid for 2 months from the date of issue and are not exchangeable, refundable or transferable. 

No request for extension may be made in the event of a deadline being exceeded.

Article 6 - Award of Lots 

The winner will be informed by email of the terms and conditions for delivery of their prizes.

The Lot will be sent electronically.

Lashilé Beauty and the participating brands cannot be held responsible in the event of non-delivery of prizes due to an error in the contact details provided by the participant. 

Article 7 - Use of Personal Data 

The information collected is intended for Lashilé Beauty and the participating brands (Joliderm, Make My Mask, Biosalines, Adopt') for the purposes of organizing the competition and sending their newsletters. In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 relating to the protection of personal data, Participants have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete personal information concerning them, as well as the possibility of opposing the processing of this data. For any request, you can go directly to the Lashilé Beauty website https://www.lashilebeauty.com/pages/politique-de-confidentialite-lashile-beauty and to the websites of the participating brands. 

Article 8 - Liability 

Lashilé Beauty reserves the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this competition in the event of force majeure or events beyond its control. Its liability cannot be incurred as a result. 

Article 9 - Disputes and Claims 

These rules are subject to French law. To be taken into account, any disputes relating to the competition must be made by written request to the address of Lashilé Beauty at 148 Traverse de la Martine – BAT B2 – 13011 MARSEILLE. In the event of a persistent disagreement, and after an attempt to find an amicable solution, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts. 

Article 10 - Acceptance of the Regulations 

Participation in this competition implies full and complete acceptance of these rules by the participants.
